Spring on Johnson Square in Savannah, GA


This view in the square shows the monument in the center of the square and one of the bank buildings in the background. There are five banks with offices on this square, significant in that the first businesses were also on this square when Savannah was founded. Under the monument is buried General Nathaniel Greene, from the revolutionary war with the British.
